Today in the program for travel agencies CRM Travels the following changes have been made:
1. Added the ability to remove a specific option from the selection for the client in the Applications section. Also added comments to each option - now it is much easier to inform the client about the pros and cons of a hotel.
2. Added the ability to create additional payments with reference to the reservation by type: internal transfer, currency exchange, collection. Now it will be easier to track the movement of funds in the context of a particular tour. Also now, additional payments for reservations can be created by employees who do not have access to the accounting department - by analogy with payments to tourists and operators.
3. Added the ability to download documents in PDF format:
